We don’t really like the term exercise. What we’re really talking about here is moving. Increasing your physical activity. That doesn’t have to come from “exercise.” (Not sure what we mean? Read on…)

We also understand that making a lifestyle change is hard. If it were easy you would have done it already. You may (or may not) be feeling that increasing your physical activity is too much for you to deal with right now. There is no hurry.
The thing to keep in mind is that this is a life change. It’s not going to happen overnight. Think about this with a loooong view. Make the changes slowly and gradually and you’ll have better results in the long run.
