Why Run When You Can Walk?
What is it?
Fitness Walking is walking done at an aerobic pace, which means that your heart will beat a little faster and you’ll breathe3 a little bit harder, but not so hard that you can’t maintain a conversation.

How much do I need?
Experts recommend 30 minutes on most, if not all, days of the week. If you can’t do 30 minutes at a time, try walking for shorter amounts and gradually working up to it. (Don’t worry. We have a plan to get you there.)
But is walking serious exericse?
Yes, check this out. Walking:
Strengthens heart and lungs and improves circulation
Prevents heart attacks and strokes
Reduces obesity and high blood pressure
Boosts metabolic rate
Favorably alters cholesterol level
Improves muscle tone in legs and abdomen
Reduces stress and tension
Best of all, you can do it almost anywhere and at any time. (It’s cheap, too!) But first, you’ll need the RIGHT EQUIPMENT.
