An exercise pro admitted something to us that you might have suspected all along: planned fitness is NOT a natural thing to do. That’s why most people ditch it after a while.
Oh sure, you tell yourself to “Shape up!” and “Make tomorrow different,” and all that. That’s great. We’ve all given ourselves that talk. But if it’s not fun, you’re not gonna do it. That’s a fact. We get it.
So what’s going to happen on this page is simple. We’ll show you more ways to move than you ever knew. Kickboxing. Hoop Dancing. Peaceful Yoga. (Peaceful?) You won’t believe the fun, crazy ass stuff we keep finding. If there’s a way to walk that will blow your mind, we’ll find it.
Soon, you’ll find your moves. The ones that you like. And no one will make you to do it. You’ll simply want to.

Workout Video: Bringing Your Sexy Back By Fitsmi February 13

Often we focus on our abdominals and forget to balance our ab workouts with an adequate back workout.
The one thing I’d caution about the moves in this video is to really watch your form and make sure you power from your core muscles. That is, start by activating your core, get your breathing going and then start the moves. If you lose your form, or find yourself shifting, it’s time to stop the set!
My favorite exercise in this series is the back extension (done over the ball). Two things I note about that: if you don’t have a partner to hold your feet, a good option is to brace your feet against a wall. Second, the actual extension itself is a small movement, you don’t want to be arching your back.
