In Case You Forgot, You’re Beautiful.
The note was a part of Operation Beautiful, a campaign designed to make girls and women feel beautiful through anonymous notes. “One of my biggest personal crusades is ending Fat Talk,” Caitlin, the brains behind Operation Beautiful, states on her site, “My goal is to leave as many Operation Beautiful notes as I can. Maybe some people read them and just smile, but I bet some people are truly touched by the effort of a random stranger.”
Caitlin isn’t the only person leaving these notes. Tons of girls and women all over are doing the same thing. One woman from Scotland wrote, “I [was] so inspired that I sat and filled an entire Post-it pad with little messages and popped it in my handbag so I could post little positive messages wherever I go.”

Courtney was having a really crappy day. She’d just discovered her boyfriend had been cheating on her with his ex and–here’s the kicker–he’d been in love with the other girl all along. Courtney was crushed and the whole thing made her feel like she wasn’t good enough to be loved.
…Until she came across a note stuck to the door of her school. “You are beautiful the way you are,” it said, and a smile came across her face.
