Helloooo! The Gnaw is a daily food and nutrition blog written by me, Shelly. (Nice to meet you btw.) I’m a registered dietitian and omnivorous food lover. Instead of reading like a boring textbook, we want The Gnaw to be informative, entertaining, and honest.
Most importantly, I want you to know that this blog is NOT about dieting and weight loss (though we may review some popular diets and products—just to keep you in the know). We’re all about empowerment through cooking, eating delicious food, and leading a healthy lifestyle. Because if YOU aren’t in control, who is?
