You’ve probably heard a lot about how portion sizes can control overeating. Sounds easy, right? But how do you know what 3 ounces looks like? (It’s hard for me to visualize and I’m a nutritionist!) I had to look this one up and found a great slideshow from the Mayo Clinic, a highly respected medical group, here.
