Corn or Flour Tortillas?

If given the choice between flour or corn tortillas, go for corn. Why? Depending on the brand, corn tortillas have about 50% fewer calories than flour tortillas, plus more fiber and way less sodium. Besides, corn tortillas are more authentic in Mexican cooking.
Corn tortillas can be easily substituted for flour tortillas in most dishes. They are a bit more delicate, so be careful not to overstuff them or else your tortilla will turn into tortilla chips.
