I love exercise classes...definitely try zumba or spin classes to really work up a sweat! (Plus, the music is usually AWESOME.)

While cleaning up after dinner a good way to burn those dinner calories is to put in those earbudscrank up the music and start dancing! Great workout and getting your work done!
